    There could be some compliance around this i.e. 7 days notice or it just happened to coincide with a board meeting.

    TBH IMO the takeover is going really well and we should sweat small delays.
    i.e. in the scheme of things this small delay is incidental to the overall outcome for SHs by the end of this year.
