MEP only had 2.2 mil in the bank at the end of 2019, has 2 loans (about 1.2 mil), 900K is their planned qtrly expenditure without loan repayment or director fees. Trying to raise funds for a spec stock in today's environment , will be bloody hard, Cannot really see how they will have the money to contribute the 25% if ADN decides to mine, especially now.
