Looks like an opportunity to create liquidity more than anything in my view. Big response on both the buy and sell sides just like the last few announcements. 15m+ shares on the immediate bid doesn't just appear from retail holders. A good portion of Chi-x block buys sitting in the queue suggests there's a bit more sophistication here.
I'd like to think accumulation, but could be cross trade like the last volume event.
