    Unbelievable to think how much inconvenience not paying this has caused.

    Court ruling in October. As mentioned in the announcement, "we recognise the importance of the legal process being properly followed to mitigate any future basisfor appeal."

    We then file for royalties USD $2M. Plus costs.
