I am not sure why you sound so surprised @JonS ..... I did advise everyone of everything you have just verified in person in London before you even stepped foot onto the plane though in these two posts below .... friends and relatives throughout London have also said many pharmacies they have been into in London don't stock it and they refer you to either online ordering or click and collect options

..... but hey 'apparently' it's just fine for the company to make comments like these via ASX announcements when all of the "Sainsbury stores" I telephoned don't actually stock it and you yourself @JonS have now found out on your London trip that many of the 'approximate 1400 Lloyds pharmacy stores' don't stock it either ?
