If you have contacts in Italy Vietnam UK, New Zealand (is it not amazing - available there but not here), and jurisdictions in the EU, they can post to you
Otherwise it is a wait and wait and wait for those 9 to 5 public servants, who most probably if not physically in the offices, working at home (no doubt in their pyjamas)
