Don't you think SPL they have demonstrated a lack of understanding of the product by shooting for the wrong endpoint? Gee - if only they focussed on the over 60s - it would be a wonderful result by the looks - but often cherrypicking ends up not being indicative in a further trial I believe.

I hope they get another trial happening ASAP focussed on over 60s, and preferably self administered, and separately possibly in an actual aged care setting administered by aged care staff for the oldies, where it might answer some other questions re efficacy, and where it might actually creates a huge cost saving on moving elderly patients to critical care. (I'm no expert on how aged care economics works - I do know that having to lock down an aged care facility and ban visitors has lots of adverse impacts - not just financial, or respiratory!
