I’ve worked overseas most of my adult life. I recently asked 10 UK people how they are going and how bad it is over there and did 1 million people recently Mach demanding lockdowns are stopped ect. Did they know anyone who had died or were impacted with Covid.

all their replies were basically the same.

only People with existing medical conditions died of Covid. If you were positive with in 30 days and died of a heart attack you died of Covid. No one knew anyone that died, one person knew a few people who were quite ill but recovered. They were already back in the pubs, life was pretty normal.
they certainly weren’t scared or looking for more protection. They were pissed off and wanted to get back to living life.
what I’m hearing from friends in India and the UK is the mindset is nothing like we’re hearing in the news.
they did say most are vaccinated now and it appears to be working.
