Have any of you lot moaning actually called the company to discuss your concerns?
If not, why not dedicate that 'passion' to getting the answers you seek, as opposed to moaning on here and critiquing everyone else who holds an opinion differing to yours?
If you're not willing to do that, surely you're accepting that waiting for the results is the only option.
