Locked in unfortunately as I see it and no balls to cxl IMO. It was all cream on to of already IMO generous conditions not IMO aligned with real performance that would increase value ( increase mkt cap) to shareholders?
Designed and wrote own exit and SPL cornered as didn't IMO want possibility of a " not smooth" transition and all dirty laundry tossed out for all to see at once and subsequent reputational damage ?.
Again a carefully worded statement released to market IMO lacking critical detail - dirty laundry not aired yet ?
