Yes the pumpers are noticeably absent today after the news .... @antibotter was only recently reminding us of the ITP Pharma upfront fees due to the company on a successful FDA outcome and when yourself and I tried to explain that even on the back of a positive FDA decision, the deal would need to be renegotiated due to diminished patent term etc he argued until he was blue in the face against our concerns .... that's worked out a treat now ?


I would anticipate the whole ITF Pharma deal will be cancelled now ? Strange there was no mention of it being cancelled in today's announcement though - perhaps they are going to foot the bill for the additional trial ? .... either way the deal will be severely impacted now even if ITP Pharma take up the trial ... our upfront could be as low as $2 million - a mere tenth of what it was originally ... lol
