It’s a bit disconcerting to see similar statements from two CEO’s commenting on two failures. I hope Cheryl is not following Jackie Failure's lead.

So much promised revenue, turned to nothing.
Cheryl needs to make a DEP deal soon. And/or sell off SPL7013, which has been a regulator nightmare and financial distraction and failure. Meanwhile the main game of DEP has dragged on for an eternity which, to my mind, is another failure.
Rob Thomas has to go now. He is a party to all these failures. He should not be involved in the DEP licensing negotiations.
