Does anyone have an idea or good suggestion as to why this “blackout” should be lasting so long, if indeed it is a blackout?

As I see it, all the trials are now complete and the results in…except for irinotecan…which has been going for years - and might possibly continue for a few more years to come! How about there is already an agreement and license deal in place, but it cannot be confirmed until the trial completes? The positive results are well known already and it looks like they can only be improved on. So anyone with knowledge of an agreement, and that that agreement is held up only because the last cohort are still in the clinic, would not be allowed to purchase shares.

I am open to other suggestions of a positive nature…
