If we do nothing until the effective date of the scheme implementation, will our shares be taken off our brokerages on the date of the de-listing (i.e. force sold)?
How are we expected to receive the proceeds (a direct credit into the registry-linked bank account would be nice...hope it isn't a cheque!)?
