Last time, one of the director post on his social media that "31st is not over yet". Everyone though the deal was finally settled and then all in a sudden, "voluntary suspension" and more delay.
If any statement is formal or official, it should be released through ASX in my opinion.

That social media post by the director was misleading. It certainly misled me in believing the same, that the finalized deal would be announced by the 7pm ASX announcement close time on 31st Oct. Plain misleading info and leaves me to only conclude either the director was aware of issues with the deal and deliberately misled by sending the message, or was unaware of issues, which reflects he has no clue about the day, on the day. Either way, it is PATHETIC, and SAD and they do NOT deserve the pay.
BTW, on the topic of "off-field" behaviour & some on HC defending directors use of pot in their pleasure time, I think, given that THE objective of the company is to change the perception about use of cannabis, the alleged behaviours does NOT fit in. MOREOVER, I for one, do NOT think a "pot-head" (so to speak & IF that is the case to ANY extent) is suitable to lead an ASX company.
