I never thought that ODN management will voluntarily suspend the trading of the shares before the release of Notice of Meeting (NOM)

In other RTO companies, the trading of shares will only end few days before the shareholder meeting. It means that the shares can be still traded for almost 25 days after the announcement of NOM.

The Company has been informed by ASX, that under the revised guidelines, the Company will be automatically suspended following the release of its Notice of Meeting in respect to the proposed acquisition of gridComm. Further, it understands that this suspension will remain in place pending completion of the re‐compliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules and completion of the proposed capital raise;
