So I just received an email from the foi team who have stated that there are a lot of docs available on the epa website. I told them I'm after the other docs. Amongst a long email, the following paragraph is interesting.

"Notwithstanding the above, the EPA is currently assessing an application under Part V of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (EP Act) and is yet to make a final determination. During these deliberative processes, the EPA may also require further information prior to completing the assessment ".

So maybe Bruce has submitted. But who the f.ck would know or is it a throw away paragraph?

Oh well, we will find out in about 10 days when those other docs are made available.
