Brief read suggest Primero used a one drive link provided to Wartsila to bypass previous issues. From a brief skim it looks as Though if a USB was provided it would have been fine. Issue seems to be around the dates Primero used to base their case they lodged on the 2nd of March.
Also some info on payment schedules which will read more in detail tomorrow night. Least the figure is now known.
