What am I missing here. Reading the SA Court judgement it looks like..........
PGX claimed $85+ million, Wartsilla paid (on account) $18+ million, but assessed PGX's claim at about $6.5 million, so seemingly think the have overpaid PGX around $12 million (and assume would want this back since they think they overpaid).
The SOPA Adjudication seems to indicate PGX are entitled to $15+ million.
Forgetting all the BS about reference dates and the 28th February and 2nd March (to me all legal technicalities by Wartsilla to string out paying PGX any cash - that they don't think they owe them), it would seem PGX wont get any $$$$ quickly.
They have already been paid $18+ but adjudicator says they are entitled to $15+, and Wartsilla have shown they will play every legal card in the deck to string this out as loooooog as possible, as likely have Wartsilla chasing the for the $3 million they may have overpaid.
