One thing that I did not think about until I looked today
- 1H20 results were not audited, but the auditors would have certainly been aware of mgmt reporting of wartsila revenues
- fy20 numbers are only preliminary so again no audit involvement at this stage, but you would want to hope that mgmt have had those conversations and auditors are happy

What may have changed post the prelim fy20 results is the court decision, and that may have an impact on fy20 results for the annual return.......I'm sure there are some discussions ongoing at the moment. If the auditors disagree with mgmt, then there could be talk about a reversal of revenues and booking some doubtful debt....but again this is still a few weeks off finalisation, and my hope is that they can sit down with wartsila and finalise everything
