As this has become a top post on HC, no doubt many people will be reading about them for the first time. I'm sure half will be wondering the significance of 1Mb, when you can buy 1TB+ flash drives that are pretty darn fast.
Can someone with better knowledge than me explain to the masses the purpose and target market of reram, and most importantly what size arrays are commercially usable?
My basic understanding is that 4Mb is actually already usable as the target market needs only small capacity. Can someone please elaborate?
