Im a bit confused by where this is upto. JM stated today it’s with the government...to me this would indicate it’s submitted awaiting feedback...
However if community consultation is a prerequisite to submission and you say this hasn’t happened then how can it have been submitted?
Would love to hear the thoughts of others on this?
I also noted from the ML approval we have 12 months from approval to submit which I think from memory deadline is 16th Dec 22...hopefully it’s well done and dusted by then.
