JM stated twice the DFS couldn't be released during the take over period.
On the second occasion he mentioned that it would be released in January after the take over period.
Sounds like it ready to me...
So here's a thought...
Release of the DFS would have thrown out all the previous takeover negotiations = waste of time
Did MEP the negotiations drag out so long in the hope the DFS would be released? = time as a negotiating tactic
In the end, common sense prevailed and a deal was struck that appears fair to both parties.
MEP holders get 15% more shares than they had, a share in all ADN profits and hold Breakaway Resources
I just wonder if the take over agreement could have been settled months ago and the DFS would have been delivered this quarter as announced...
IMO the Q&A was really good and the opportunities for all current and future SHs are excellent
