It’s a great deal for both sides really. MEP are undervalued with what they had so paying a slight premium to help get SH to vote yes is good in a friendly takeover.
and having full control of NNT and great white means All SH in ADN will be very very well. This is a long hold and a project that has made and will make many holders able to retire comfortably so it’s really a no brainer.
vote yes and let’s get this machine pumping and the DFS released once the merger is finalised
