A little DYOR can be dangerous.

I know most people just read the ASX headlines and maybe the sub-headers and then come to HC to yell and scream but, there lots of great info in there.
Like the fact that MEP mgmt. are getting their stock options bought out at fair prices.
I think it was around 35M, I forget exact number.

MEP mgmt. have done well and fully know their options would be bought out for a handsome premium.
Plus, they all own a decent whack of shares.
They were negotiating for SHs and themselves (the way it should be.)

MEP mgmt. were very much incentivised to get a good deal for MEP shareholders, while James would have been doing the same thing.
Again...IMO, a good deal for both sides.
