I can't speak for other shareholders. But if MEP votes no, then I'd never support raising the offer. I'd also sell my MEP shares immediately, and buy ADN. If MEP finds the capex, great, I bought ADN on the assumption we'd always hold 75%. If MEP can't find the capex, great, ADN holders will get more by default. Its a win-win for ADN. It would be better to merge, but not with any offer higher than 1.15. ADN has done all the heavy lifting, and the proposed merger caused the ADN SP to plunge 18%. Why on earth would any ADN holder volunteer for a deeper SP drop. Never. I'd rather stick with 75%.
