I had a question about the NAV value. It is 66 cents, and only 60 cents after tax. I was wondering if someone could explain what those taxes are? The company has been losing money for years. Also, I am assuming it is trading at 30 cents, because people think the actual asset value is less than the stated value.
If the value is 66 cents, but people are scared the actual value is less, doesn't that negate the possibility of taxes owing on capital gains? So the only way we would owe those 5 or 6 cents in tax, is if the value of the assets actually is 66 cents? And if the value actually is 66 cents, shouldn't this be trading much closer to the the 61 cent value?
