Unless they are worried about not meeting guidance. Hence the term 'around the lower end' maybe 20mil is considered around 23.5. Probably trying to protect themselves against perceived threat of class action. Would look pretty bad to get guidance wrong less than a month from end of year without extraneous circumstances arising after guidance
