im in mfd for last 3+ years - while takeover is always part of this sector - thats not something anyone could rely on. this was a low risk part of my portfolio.
takeover suits me better than franked dividends but yes i would accept anything north of 1.70.
how would BB avail the benefit of pipeline of childcares produced by genius if they couldnt get along. surely a valuation of mfd to get genius to come along would need to factor that in too. tnk style 100% + offer sounds good
