All the "knockers" you have to agree with my friend LVB that it was clearly the intention of the Gov. of the day to get this project up and running once GML had ticked all the boxes, which they did, now if you want to put this project in the cupboard forever you are going to have to agree that the GoG has acted fraudulently by suddenly reversing their decision, ( by bringing in Act 20) and must be compensated for the money that was spent on the project, PLUS.
