They know that GPR is not going to meet the completion timeline so there is more gouging for them, plus the extra they will take from GPR's need to raise more cash. The royalty payment for Sprott is very high (I wonder if this is limited to the existing reserve of if it covers all future production from any additions to reserves). PNG also gets a royalty payment from the production so the total royalty payments will add a lot to the AISC, which is likely to be higher than currently forecast.

While GPR looks cheap at its current market cap, the management has demonstrated its not capable of meeting timelines and budgets in a difficult jurisdiction so the share price will continue to be pressured until they are in production.

I sold my small parcel of GPR shares at 24 cents a few days ago at a loss. I may have another look to see if this is a worthwhile place to punt some money.
