Turns out listening to "down rampers" was the best thing I ever did, after selling off, I was only left with a few hundred dollars at .13c. which is now worth nothing. I switched over to ASX_BETS a few months back, much prefer the open and frank discussion going on over there. less of the pump and dump culture than there is here.
