I think that after the DFS they will not get a better deal somehow.
However they can be on respectful terms.
And the DRC?? AVZ hasn't told the DRC government 'sorry we can't do it'.
AVZ is in full swing organising TO agreements in preparation of FID.
Of course the DRC will ask AVZ 'what was that all about'.
At the end of the day DRC is the owner of the lithium deposit, so they are entitled to know what is happening in their backyard.
Funny thing in the DFS is an allowance made to upgrade roads, ferry to railway line and power station.
Not expecting Chinese associated entities to build that for AVZ.
It is in my eyes clear, AVZ wants to do business with China (nothing wrong with that), but does not want to be handcuffed in the process (nothing wrong with that either) and be open for business to the rest of the world. Everything points to that.
