It’s a done deal unless a superior offer emerges. RGT Capital has agreed to vend their scrip into a bid and they own like 60% of the issued share capital. Very little chance of the scheme not succeeding. Good for anyone who got in recently, not so much for IPO participants.
This deal highlights one of the risks of having a controlling shareholder…doesn’t matter what minority shareholders think, RGT holds the cards.
