I think he just needs his monthly pay check so time to announce something with no teeth so he can sell another 10 million shares. There is nothing in this announcement - like most that they do - which tells us anything about possible future revenue stream in actual dollar terms. All it says is these guys in Thailand can now "offer" the technology to existing clients. Can't get much vaguer than that. Went to 0.004 and then to 0.0035 this morning, so I guess he got him monthly wages booked in again and now it's back to 0.003.
