In terms of whether it helps sales. If AYTU use this paper to market to consumers / doctors the FDA wont be happy because the clinical efficacy claims being made (quicker onset of sleep) haven’t been approved.
And they will stomp on them just like they did to Amherst / Magna. And the FDA wont like playing a game of wack a mole.
One correction though … study 003 was not Russian. For some reason every time I see a dodgy study I think Russia. Its very unfair on Russians and I need to keep telling myself the cold war is over.
