I would be very careful with this, I would think the "no shorting" benefit would quickly be offset by a lack of liquidity. I can't see many new investors or many institutions buying in on the NSX and if you don't have liquidity you may find it very hard to sell your shares or experience massive swings in daily share price movements (both up and down).
