PLACEMENT TO BLACKROCK AND SOPHISTICATED INVESTORS
Peninsula Energy Limited (Peninsula) is pleased to advise that it has entered into agreements
with institutional and sophisticated investors to raise $2 million through the issue of 80 million
new shares at 2.5 cents per share. Participants in the placement will receive one free
attaching listed option (PENOC) exercisable at $0.03 on or before 31 December 2015 for every
two new shares subscribed in the placement (Placement).
