You have hit the nail on the head.
The Chinese factories are no different to an automotive process "They do what they are told and do not deviate from that" Clearly there was no or very little quality control at the factory as these type of problems should have been picked up and rectified within the first week not months down the track. Still as has been alluded to one learns by ones mistakes WE HOPE. As for setting up another SUS plant this would not be necessary if production is corrected at the original site as these plants can nock out as many products as you need, even if they have to work 10 days a week.
