Hiya guys,

Any success fee paid must suggest that the receiver of those services must have been happy to pay because , obviously, you would expect that the company procuring those services would be better off after the 'deal'.

What adds to the flavour to me, given the last 12 month share trading history for NWT, is that the deal maker has been prepared to take their fee in shares not in good old folding stuff.

That to me suggests a high degree of faith gained from getting close and personal with newsat.

As in, why would you take a fee in shares if on reasonable doubt you might have been facing a considerable period to unload them?

Could be wrong but all looks good to me
