Technology investment TZL is keeping the identity of its two new customers under wraps for now.
PORTFOLIO ROARS AHEAD: This Wednesday's forthcoming edition of The Bulletin magazine will see the Speculator's portfolio up almost 140% for the first ten months of calendar 2007, due largely to the surge in the share price of technology investment TZL.
Late last week, TZL's Chicago-based chief executive David Feber announced two new purchase orders aimed at introducing the company's Intevia intelligent fastening technology to:

+ A Tier One global automotive supplier to vehicle manufacturers, plus

+ The research and development unit of a "major aircraft manufacturer to develop a concept that incorporates Shape Memory Alloys and Intevia intelligent fastening technology in a critical aircraft application".

For competitive commercial reasons, the new customers have insisted their identities cannot be revealed at this stage. But in the case of the aircraft deal, TZL says the concept development should be completed in the "next few months" allowing a quick advance by both teams to development of a prototype.

TZL also announced that the holder of a $20m convertible bond, DKR Oasis SoundShore Holding Fund had converted $500,000 of its holding into 169,491 TZL shares at $2.95, bringing total issued shares to 38,836,791.
