announcement today?

From the announcement made on the 12th April 2012

"Under the amended Subscription Agreement, the remaining 41,295,774 tranche 4 shares to be issued
under that agreement will now be issued in two separate tranches. A further 5,633,803 of these shares
will be issued conditional upon:
· Timeone and SS&T signing their commercial agreement in respect of the provision of funds by
SS&T to Timeone for the purposed of satisfying Timeone’s obligations under the Subscription
Agreement; and
· Timeone and Pluton signing the proposed joint venture term sheet on the terms contemplated below,
prior to 25 April 2012 or such later date if agreed. The shares will be ordinary shares issued at 35.5 cents
per shares and will raise an additional $2 million for Pluton. "


I would expect some announcement today regarding these deadlines, whether it be met or delayed.
