    DYOR. Very quick answer as I am busy today.

    405,000 x $57.50 (assumed margin) x 75% ( ADN share ) = EBITDA $17.47M

    No tax in first year due to consolidated losses. Cashflow in first year $17.47M

    Have used an assumption for margin.

    DSO to get them started then move onto higher-margin part of their business from dry processing. Too busy at the moment to provide links for my other analysis.
