I am not sure why you are so surprised, no one really knows about Vivagel BV (Fleurstat) due to the poor marketing skills of Starpharma and Aspen in Australia as pointed out by many on here over the years ... and don't even get me started on Mundipharma's efforts
I note whatever the treatment is, it claims to be an alternative to antibiotic treatments for BV so a direct competitor to Starpharma if it goes well
