I am currently on 5.84% and not going to fix rates, property cash flow positive but negative geared for non cash expenses, had lots of interest rate reductions....great tenant, good family, look after the place, pay on time, working hard to bring up good kids.......rent can stay at current rate for 2 years and beyond for all I care.
