IR cut ??? wouldn't bank on it.
Aussie Banks' balance sheets are dependent on higher IRs comparable to global peers.
Lower IRs make aussie deposits less attractive by yield, and also if they have material effect on the AU$ exchange rate, foriegn money will exit the country in a blink before the slide.
