In my opinion
Because it has so heavily been sold off over the last 3 months
Maybe the institutions have started accumulating
If you had asked me did I expect the share price to drop from $2.50 to current levels in June.......the answer would have been a definitive no
The IP in Starpharma is potentially worth multi billions and yet here we are sitting at a measly 500 million
A sleeping giant just waiting to come out of hibernation
