re: director morons giving away the company positive news....you must be joking.

Directors rejected a takeover bid about 3 years ago from Iluka in the mid 20 cents as grossly undervalued, now they are giving 49.9% of the company away at 13 cents....,oh and then Cristal underwrites a share offering and ends up with 50%+, and in one master stroke takes over the company without paying any premium whatsover.

Then they screw the minority shareholders on the sales terms (Bemax will sell lots of product to Cristal), and the minority shareholders end up with very little.

Seen this one before. Thank goodness I've only got a small position.

Well done Board of Directors. Now if only Iluka will come back to the party and buy out this company and kick the Directors off the planet....

What a shambles.
