Two anns today and neither of them particularly encouraging. The form 3B shows only a small number of exercised options although it's quite likely that it represents options exercised earlier in the week rather than the total number. My new shares are yet to be allocated to my HIN. It will be interesting to see the total proportion of HEGO exercised.
The second ann is more of a concern as it show that one of the directors did not exercise any HEGO at all. The disclosure shows options being given away rather than expiring but it is not a good look for the company.
