i called my broker and medibank hot line..
as i swear i filled in the form correctly with my HIN i was told by medibank hot line..
"unfortunately you can not sell untill you are issued your srn number on the 1st dec.. your broker will be notified on the 1st. People that did not provide a HIN will get their HIN in the post on or after the 4th dec.. this is what our lawyers have advised us to reply to this question"... ? she then went on to tell me some other questions and answers provided by their lawyers...
she was actually very sympathetic and tired of the obvious backlash from callers.
